are located in the Arts District just east of downtown
near the corner of 6th and Alameda.
These
prices include CAM* fee's, polished cement floors,

building is involved with the Artist District Police
Walks where local artists walk the beat with 1 or 2
officers from our local police station and we are patrolled
24/7 by the Central City East Association's BID officers.
